Scope of Application

The General Terms and Conditions apply to any private classes, group class, class packages, memberships and retreats at feliyoga. feliyoga may from time to time amend these General Terms and Conditions. The most recent version of the General Terms and Conditions is always the version that is available on the website.

Cancellation of the Classes

The participants can cancel the classes up to 12 hours before the start of each class. Cancellations must be made through our online Booking System.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for a booked Yoga Session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no reimbursement or credit will be provided.
In case of illness of the teacher, the class will be cancelled. In case of rain, the teacher might cancel or relocate the class online.
The class will be cancelled if less than two participants are registered.

Relocation or cancellation will be communicated (by email) no later than one hour before the start of the class.

Any membership is personal and non-transferable.

Personal Data & Privacy

feliyoga is committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Luxembourg privacy laws. This notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Data Collection and Purpose

Maintain a record of our members for administrative purposes.
Manage and process payments.
Inform you about class schedules, activities, and events organized by feliyoga.
The data collected includes your name, birthday, contact details, payment information, and attendance records.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

Performance of a contract (e.g., to provide you with Yoga Sessions and related services).
Legitimate interests (e.g., to communicate important updates about our services).
Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., fraud prevention).

3. Communication Preferences

We may use your contact details to send updates about class schedules, events, or activities. If you prefer not to receive such communications, you can opt out at any time by sending an email to felicitas@feliyoga.lu.

4. Data Sharing

With trusted collaborators for specific events.
In the event of a sale of the company’s business assets (fonds de commerce).
With government authorities or fraud prevention agencies when required to:
Comply with legal obligations.
Prevent fraud or unauthorized transactions.
Investigate fraudulent activities.

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Release & Indemnity to feliyoga

In consideration of the acceptance of my payment for participating in any activity, I agree to release and indemnify feliyoga (including its teachers, representatives, etc.) as follows:

I participate in the activities at my sole risk and responsibility;
I release, indemnify, and hold harmless feliyoga (including its teachers, representatives, etc.) from and against all and any actions or claims which may be made by me, on my behalf or by third parties for or in respect of arising out of any injury, loss, damage, or death caused to me, my property or others, whether by negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.

I also agree that in the event of injury, death or loss or damage caused to myself or others, no claims, legal actions or otherwise, shall be made by me or on my behalf or by third parties against feliyoga (including its teachers, representatives, etc.), in respect of that injury, death, property loss or damage.

Notice of Filming & Photography by feliyoga

During feliyoga classes we often take photos to feature on our website, social media sites and in our email distributions. We want to respect your privacy. If you have concerns about having your photo included in any of these outlets – please let us know at the respective workout and contact us at felicitas@feliyoga.lu.

Promotional Emails and Content

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don’t want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.

Personal Data

feliyoga collects personal data of the students who are participating at the workouts in order to keep a file of its participants, for the exercising of payment orders, and for the administration of feliyoga.
feliyoga shall be careful while collecting these data and will always comply with the applicable Data Protection Act.
feliyoga will also use the personal data as mentioned above to keep the members informed about feliyoga’s activities, and possible changes in, e.g., the class schedule. If the participant does not want to receive any communication from feliyoga, she/he can inform us via e-mail.
Without prior written consent, feliyoga will never transfer any personal data of the participants to a third party.
feliyoga may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when:
Permitted or required by law;
Trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions;
Investigating fraud which has already taken place.
